SupportI have reached out to SkyBell a few times for feature requests/asking how things work. I have been impressed thus far with their support and response time. Furthermore App updates that is what most of us really care about anyway, their team has been great about providing an update every few weeks to my phone. These have supported new features and improvements; so far I have been impressed with the rate of content delivery.
